The main idea behind this summit is to create a community feeling for our cause and then use the synergy created to spread the idea of open source (free software) development here in Taiwan. The summit will span 5 days (25th - 29th of April) and will be hosted at 4 different places. To get detailed information about the agenda, please check the following pages:

這會議的主要背後含意起因於我們想建立一個 Community 的感覺，創造出一個合作無間或互補的環境，因為每個人都十分不一樣，有些人有別人有的優點或缺點，但最後在一起之後就創造出十分強的 Community，藉此在台灣散佈 Open Source (Free Software) 開發的主要概念。這會議將會持續五天（四月25日到四月29日），而且將會舉辦在四個不同的地方。進一步資訊請參閱下列網頁:

If you like our ideas/goals, you can help us in severals ways: Join our organizer team and help coordinate the efforts. Donating ressources (flight tickets for guests, food, accommodation for the guests, transport). Enrich our agenda with talks or workshops. Simply take part (see information below). Also, if you have any ideas that don't fit into any of the categories, please contact us. 如果你喜歡我們的創意或目標，我們還在以下幾個方面需要幫助： 參加我們的組織團隊並且幫忙我們協調所有事情。 贊助一些資源（來賓的機票和住宿、會議中的餐點或交通上的幫助）。 增加有創意的點子到我們agenda中的討論或workshop。 參與會議中的展覽（參加辦法請看下面） 當然，如果你有任何其他的意見，也請聯絡我們。 [edit] participant｜參加辦法 Information for participants: Due to the fact that our resources are fairly limited, we have to restrict the number of participants. Contact us early, otherwise you might not get in. Speakers and organizers are automatically included. To ensure a successful summit that benefits all the participants we will have several preparatory gatherings (dates will be settled with the participants). This will give all of us the possibility to share ideas and visions for the summit ahead and also allow technical details to be sorted. 參加辦法：因為鑑於目前的資源著想（場地、講者、workshop的最佳效率等等），我們必須限制參加人員的數量。因此請盡早與我們聯絡，要不可是會向隅的唷。講者和組織團隊則會直接被包括進我們的名單中。為了讓我們這會議在進行中更加順利，我們將會優先讓所有參加人員先與歐洲開發者有數次的會前說明（更加詳細的聚會時間將會再與參加人員討論）。這會前說明說明我們這會議的一些想法和展望，當然更加詳細的workshop技術討論也有。 This list of projects and participants is work in progress and tries to be as up-to-date as possible.
